Capital Deployment Plan: From the $7,059.76 profit, I’m redeploying $5,000 into my next trade, while keeping $2,059.76 as a booked profit. This allows me to use “house money” to fuel future trades while securing a portion of my gains.
Next Trade Details: I’m allocating $5,000 to buy 25 options contracts on QUBT, with a strike price of $10.00, expiring January 15, 2027. The bid is $5.70, ask is $5.85 (midpoint $5.775), resulting in an estimated debit of $5,032.50. My target is a max gain of $25,000 if QUBT reaches $12.00, with a max loss limited to $5,000.
2-Year Bullish Outlook: My strategy is based on a bullish thesis for QUBT over the next two years, driven by its quantum computing exposure and potential for significant upside due to its low market cap. High implied volatility in QUBT options aligns with my speculative approach, aiming for a 5x–10x return on my initial $3,000.
