Muslim man -Mohammed Kasim forced a woman to eat cat feces, burned her hair, poured bleach into her eyes and mouth, and tortured her for five hours after breaking into her room in Birmingham. Reports say he sexually assaulted her and beat her so badly she was left with a broken nose, severe swelling, and serious trauma. This is pure evil. His Muslim brotherhood believes he didn’t do anything wrong.

What a tragedy. All this was perfectly obvious 25 years ago. The borders are still porous. The Islamists will now be kicked out of the ME. And they will pour into Europe the most hospitable place for them today. Not a single EU country has changed course save Denmark. Their leaders are still blathering on about racism and Islamophobia.

The EU has released new asylum guidelines for the member states which will make it easier for ISIS terrorists to receive asylum in Europe and harder for persecuted Christians to flee to Europe. The European Union Agency for Asylum (EUAA) produced its updated country guidance on Syria in December. The document is non-binding but influential as member states usually automatically align their internal asylum instructions with it. The new December 2025 Country Guidance on Syria states that well-founded fear of persecution can be substantiated for “Persons with perceived links to ISIS” under the new Syrian government. The reject an asylum claim from an individual with ISIS-links, a member state’s authorities must first prove serious crimes such as terrorism, war crimes or crimes against humanity, which is often very difficult to do due to evidentiary challenges in conflict zones. Mere membership or affiliation does not automatically bar exclusion the right to asylum if no specific crimes are proven. The migration agencies of some member states have already updated their internal directives and guidelines in to incorporate this EUAA update. The new document from EUAA also changes the status of Syrian Christians, explicitly stating that “acts of persecution against Christians … seldom occur” and “well-founded fear of persecution would only be substantiated in exceptional cases.” It means that Syrian Christians should now be granted asylum in EU countries “only in exceptional cases.” This is notable downgrade from prior perceptions of higher risk under Assad or ISIS eras. In effect, the EU is now pushing member states to be more willing to give asylum to ISIS members than Syrian Christians.
