Happy to be approaching Christmas 2.75 stones lighter than when I retired (!) in August. Having battled with my weight for many years I am planning a couple of treats over Christmas but absolutely refusing to fall off the healthy eating wagon completely! #refusingtogiveup

Support since reopening has been amazing! We've worked brutally hard & do think we r fairing better than some. But w town centres empty & fear still raging, the trend line is not encouraging. Surely reduced #EWSS will b the end 4 many SME's @Paschald! . Still #RefusingToGiveUp 🏋🏻‍♂️

Decided to try and burn off some frustration on the running machine...whacked it up to 10km/hr and covered 6km. Hopefully it's tired me out! #MyOccupation #RefusingToGiveUp
