Lets think for a moment about the latest horrific behaviour by @seanchucalgary @JyotiGondek had demonstrators protesting at her house. So Chu thought he should take a picture of her license plate and circulate it on social media, so protestors could follow her around the city.

Coun Walcott notes it took police commission the better part of a year to complete its review on the complaint against then Cst. Chu. He says the CPS initially treated the complaint as an internal complaint, not a formal public complaint -- so he says it was never investigated.
