#SaturdayLunch #Nostalgia #Salsifies #Béchamel #PorkLoin #Potatoes How long since you prepared fresh salsifies? Served them for lunch (my 1st time) 🕰️ w béchamel sauce, pork loin & potatoes. Excellent Agiorgitiko by Tetramythos Dark fruit, spicy, tannins, acidity. Great QPR 87-89
