@united @rob9997 Rob, like you, I thought six months of fewer people flying would get #SameOldUnited to focus & improve customer service, but they’ve learned NOTHING. My direct flight which i paid extra for, just became a connecting flight. Nothing has changed.

@united passengers are thinking, just get this plane on the ground. I’ve paid up for business, but flight attendants have been throwing me bags of nuts from 6 feet away and telling me to get water from the restroom. #SameOldUnited
