Why CO of 4 Mahar Regiment order to hide the name Manipur State Road Transport to the DIPR team heading towards Ukhrul to cover the Siroi Lily fest? Who gave the CO order? Why was the order given? This is not only insulting to Manipur but also undermines the state of Manipur.
