Proud of you, Mirabai and Rishikanta. Your achievements inspire thousands of young people suffering in relief camps in your homeland, Manipur, and give them hope that one day the people of the Northeast will truly be treated as equal citizens. Your success also reminds the nation that you come from the same Manipur left at the mercy of narco-terrorists, drug cartels and illegal immigrants, who not only destroy our ecology and our way of life but even constructed illegal roads and bridges behind security lines, protected by central security agencies, allegedly to facilitate criminal activities. The same Manipur where school students peacefully demanding justice for their abducted and murdered classmates were answered with tear gas and pellet guns, causing life changing injuries! Even students were dragged out from their homes for participating the rallies and beaten black and blue! Keep winning, one day your medals will surely win the hearts of the nation.
