Shocking Update:
Dr. Madhu Kapoor (aka Madhu Chib) secured her MBBS admission at Government Medical College Srinagar Camp Jammu in 1990-91 using a fake RBA certificate.
A 2013 Broadbase Committee report reveals:
1️⃣ The RBA certificate, issued in 1988, predates the designation of Khanbal, Handwara, as a Backward Area, making it invalid.
2️⃣ Neither Madhu nor her forefathers were on the 1987-88 voter list of Khanbal, and their residency claims are dubious.
3️⃣ The Permanent Residence certificate issued in 1989 also references the questionable 1988 RBA certificate, pointing to a fabricated process.
Admission records, including a copy from Jan. 20, 1999, confirm her admission was on the basis of the fraudulent RBA certificate.
