With #SB616, CA workers are now guaranteed up to 5 days of paid sick and safe leave. Safe leave gives workers paid time off to care for needs that arise if a worker is a victim of domestic violence, sexual violence, or stalking. So this DVAM, make sure you know your rights! (2/2)

CA state law previously only required employers to provide three paid sick days a year. It was clear that this was not enough for workers, parents, and caregivers.
