#CSR An amendment of Annexure CSR Policy Rules 2014 to format for reporting shall apply for Financial Years commencing *on or after* 2nd April 2020 with a clarification that sub-sections (5) of #Section135 will apply for unspent amounts of FY 2021-22 will be good #CompaniesAct

Why should the #CSR Rules to b called as CSR Policy Rules? Why should internal CSR Policy must be posted in WEBSITE of a company? Why are we not seeing an amendment to Section 37 of the #IncomeTax Act 1961? Is it not time to increase the thresholds under #Section135 #CompaniesAct

After coming into force of the amendments to #Section135 of the #CompaniesAct 2013 on #CSR someone was asking how to make this compliance VERY VERY simple. I said just compute the amount to be spent. Contribute to a fund specified in #ScheduleVII Let CSR policy too say so. #MCA
