Men need other good men who know their standards and expect them to live accordingly.

Men weren't made to go it alone. Find two or three likeminded guys, start working out, rucking, or running together on a schedule, and see happens.

We are called to a life of serving & sacrifice because that’s what Christ did for us.

-pride and fear separate us from other men
-even Jesus didn’t go lone wolf (eg transfiguration), except for prayer and suffering
-a man cannot push himself as hard as can go with another man

“Blood is thicker than water” isn’t the actual saying. “The blood of the covenant is thinker than the water of the womb.” Totally different meaning. I’ve been hurt by family but my “Brothers” make me stronger.

F3 Gold Rush had a guy a while back that liked to get on our socials & run his mouth. The common consensus was that since he rarely posted & wasn’t there working out w/ us, his voice carried no weight. You have influence when you struggle w/ others.

5 men living dangerously this morning at The Den 💪😎 Lighting was moody, shadows were strong… pretty sure Inspector Gadget gave the lens his classic gentle tap 🖐️📸 #254F3 #F3Nation #ShieldLock #FitnessFellowshipFaith
In battle, Spartan warriors used a highly disciplined and effective formation known as the phalanx, where shield-locking was a key tactic. Here’s how it worked:
3 men posted at The Brotherhood and 1 at Dubl-R this morning. ⚡️Unsafe lightning cut the 1st F short, but gave us time for some strong 2nd F. We still showed up and did our best to get better. 👊 #254F3 #F3Brotherhood #Fellowship #BetterTogether #ShieldLock 💪⛈️
5 HIM showed up ready to cartoonishly crush The Den this morning! The gloom didn’t stand a chance.#254F3 #F3Nation #TheDen #FitnessFellowshipFaith #ShieldLock #IronSharpensIron Let’s get animated. 🔥💪🌄
7 men took on the Death Star this morning and crushed it like Wile E. Coyote under an ACME anvil. Belding was in cartoon heaven—Looney Tunes vibes all around. Strong work, fellas!

You are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with. Does your average need to go up or down?
Who’s got your back? Who’s working alongside you? Who’s helping you carry the load? Who’s making sure you’re accelerating? Who are you doing the same for? Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil. #Eccl4v9 #Shieldlock

My Shield Lock has gotten through more of the flux than I can even remember & I know I’m helping them. Just the thought of having guys who have my 6 keeps me going.
