Return delayed, is return Denied. 2017-18 GSTR9 and 9C should not be kept pending. It's time govt should #WaiveGSTLateFees, allow #GSTR3BRevision, allow to take ITC via GSTR2 and #SimplifyGSTR9 so that we all can move on to achieve more in life.

A practical suggestion for #GSTR9 and #GSTR9C : Extend the date till 31st March 2020 for both F.Y. 17-18 and 18-19 and issue the simplify form within 30th Nov 2019. Hope for the best 🙏 #SimplifyGstr9 #GST

#SimplifyGSTR9-Remove RCM w.e.f. 1 July 2017 being revenue neutral for Tax Payer..i.e. in cases wherein assessee was eligible for 100% credit of the Tax Paid..

@FinMinIndia is trying to teach GST return to Indian CAs.. they might have forgot first v r CA and above that v r Indian CA..@theicai has taught us enough to crack any return..still if it cannot be done then the problem is not with CA its with that return..#simplifyGSTR9 #GSTR9C
