No seriously. Our QB1 and 2, every running back and receivers, and all but 2 of our lineman play other sports and are good at them. We couldn't run a functional practice if we tried. We literally can't do an evening passing league. #smallschoolproblems
Let the guys who only play football really dial in and get ahead. Even if it's 12 players, those 12 players can at least get ahead.
And if the spring sports guys can come by, they can come by. But people who want to play ball in college, IMO would make time to be there
Listening to Pierre Governor’s band play at the class AA girls basketball games. Terrific job. Did anyone else from a small school play a sport then at half time half to go play pep band? #smallschoolproblems #pepband #SDHoops23
Pray for me 🙏🏼

@bmarcello13 I was not a GA when I worked with track but I still had 8 other teams…AND was a sport coach at my last stop. The stop prior to that I oversaw about the same number of teams but worked with all 24 sports. #smallschoolproblems
Thought my trickiest job as a #NewHeadteacher this week would be bagging papers up…turns out it was cleaning vomit up in the corridor without disturbing the Year 6 children #ShakeNVac #SmallSchoolProblems
Anyone else feel like they’re drowning in work? I have so much to do and no time to do any of it in. I’m barely being a good teacher, let alone a good subject lead. It’s all being thrown together and subsequently none of it is very good 🙃 #smallschoolproblems
I once took 14 to a JV game. With 6 kids playing out of position.
To make sure I had 11 on the field, I turned around to see if I had 3 kids behind me.

Bowl games being cancelled cause not enough players? 90 on roster and they're down to what - 60-70? High school coaches could figure it out.
@ElisabethHobbes @FakeHeadteacher I lead four subjects and champion PP - they won't justify UPS, let alone a TLR. #smallschoolproblems
Living in an SEM desert sucks... Nearest instrument is 4+ hours away in any direction and our nsf grant to fix the problem was just declined. #smallschoolproblems
It’s registration day! MJHS kids, stop by the office to get your schedule if you are already registered. 7th graders, if you’re lucky, you’ll have me twice this year. #hahaha #smallschoolproblems #youaredoomed
@JeffreyButts @ASCRM41 My university still has a freeze on travel funds. I didn’t want to submit something or register if I wasn’t sure about funding yet. #smallschoolproblems

@Toriaclaire Hello, #TinyVoiceTuesdayUnites I’m a HT at a maintained nursery school so often wanging on about #SmallSchoolProblems ! Keen to know if anyone’s cracked it or if we are all just flying by the seat if our pants 😄
@LibertyFootball @CoachHughFreeze I sure could use any equipment that you guys no longer have use for. Blocking Shields, Step Over Dummies, ANYTHING! Help a former flame out! #SmallSchoolProblems 🤦🏿♂️
