Soooo...for #SmartSeq3, CsCl instead of KCl was shown to be very good tweak. However, they then used NaCl/PEG for the experiments, which is also good. Does anyone know why?

A week away from the planned #scRNAseq, had to terminate a months long in vivo cohort yesterday. Opted for DMSO based cryopreservation of my PDX tumor biopsies. Looking forward to continue with #smartseq3 and @10xGenomics once it is safe and sound for all again. #COVID19
