Recently, there has been a significant increase in trading volume for meme-themed cryptocurrencies on SmarDex. Given that buyers of these meme coins typically allow for large fluctuations in price (referred to as "slippage tolerance") and are frequently targeted by automated trading software ("bots") for arbitrage, many bots have been taking advantage of the advantage offered by SmarDex pools. As a result, there has been a substantial increase in fees and rewards for Liquidity Providers (those who supply cryptocurrencies for others to trade) on SmarDex. This proves that SmarDex is efficient for Liquidity Providers, even resulting in what's known as an "Impermanent Gain" for them, which is the real innovation that SmarDex offers. It has no practical use and is not directly related to SmarDex. It's a fun, quickly-made token used to illustrate the efficiency of our protocol, so don't anticipate any benefits from it. Let us explain $BURN: $BURN tokens will be offered as liquidity (or available funds) against other meme coins on SmarDex and will never be dumped. Therefore, most people who trade meme coins will inevitably be arbitrated by bots on the SmarDex protocol. This will automatically generate trading volume in the XXX/BURN and BURN/SDEX pairs. Consequently, the SmarDex protocol will effortlessly benefit from the trading volume of other meme coins. This volume will, in turn, create $BURN fees and UniSwap trading fees that will be burned in turn, thereby reducing the $BURN supply, and so on. This mechanism results in a token whose supply will automatically diminish, thereby creating growing activity on the SmarDex protocol. Additionally, it will give us data that can later be published to substantiate the efficiency of the SmarDex technology. By providing these tokens, we can prove, over the long term, that our pool results in minimal Impermanent Loss or even leads to Impermanent Gain. That's the goal of this experiment. We want to reiterate that we do not recommend investing in it. The liquidity pool will be used by bots trading with other meme coins already on SmarDex, resulting in trading volume, income for Liquidity Providers, and potential Impermanent Gain.
