We don’t fix the system by arguing over who runs it.. we fix it by stepping out of it. Only local works.. only what’s real works. If you can’t shake the hand of the person making the rule, it’s not your governance. If you can’t see where your food, water, or power come from, it’s not your sovereignty. Start where your feet are. Form circles that share proximity, skill, and trust.. the people you can look in the eye. Repair what’s broken: food lines, comms, energy, trade, memory. Call them nodes, councils, or just neighbors who care enough to act. When enough of those stabilize, link them transparently, voluntarily, horizontally. No hierarchies. No abstractions. Just federated competence. Capability is quiet sovereignty. Resilience is mutual defense. Truth is what still works when markets and headlines fail. You can’t decentralize the world until you decentralize your neighborhood.
