Praise where it is due. It took almost an hour to get through to support and almost 90 minutes to sort things out, but a @Sonos engineer unbricked my speakers this morning and all is restored after the ghastly #SonosUpdate. Thank you to the engineer, who gets many such calls.

Congratulations #Sonos. A month after your #SonosUpdate my Sonos app cannot now find ANY of my products, not the paired Sonos Ones and not the Boost (the first two have disappeared from the system and the Boost is "unavailable"). You have ruined everything.

My #Sonos system is slowly healing thanks to updates from the disastrous #SonosUpdate but still, two weeks on, does not connect to the #SonosBoost they insisted I buy a few years ago. So my listening experience is creaky. I've heard nothing more from tech support. Poor.

Dear @Sonos , please bring back the previous Sonos App. New App just is not working for me. All was working happy and stable but after latest update suffering from connection complaints from the App continuously. #sonos #sonosapp #sonosupdate

@Sonos @Skaufel It is terrible. Virtually unusable. I've been a loyal Sonos customer for over 15 years and I've had it with your updates. This one is the absolute worst. Roll it back. #sonosupdate

Sonos, Sonos, @Sonos @SonosSupport... I have aged 10yrs since the recent update 😱 - groups dropping, music stopping, missing speakers, non-intuitive design - endless list with no positives. If anyone out there missed this update, THEN I ENVY YOU! 😒 #SonosUpdate
