Lesson learnt. Never take product reccomendations from staff at Wickes because if you have a problem with an adjoining product you get told its their word over yours. @Wickes #stafftrainingneeded

@virginmedia 4 different call handlers now!! So far 1 hour 26 mins and no one knows how to send me WiFi boosters. Now i cant even get talking to someine to cancel my contract and music stopped playing but line still connected #stafftrainingneeded #virginmedia

How can you cancel trains 5 mins before arrival? Does the train driver have a change of heart? It's like saying I can't do the presentation 5 mins prior to the event @southwesttrain1 #incompetence #stafftrainingneeded
