הבוקר ה-SDF מודיעים על הסכם הפסקת אש נוסף שהושג ביניהם לבין ממשלת סוריה של אחמד א-שרע. לפי ההודעה, ההסכם כולל הבנה על "שילוב מדורג של כוחות צבאיים ומנהליים משני הצדדים". ההסכם קובע את נסיגת הכוחות הצבאיית מנקודות המגע, פריסת כוחות ביטחון של משרד הפנים (של ממשלת א-שרע) במרכזי הערים אל-חסכה וקמשילי, את תחילת השילוב של כוחות הביטחון באזור, ואת הקמת הדיביזיה הצבאית הכוללת שלוש חטיבות SDF, בנוסף להקמת חטיבת כובאני בתוך דיביזיה תחת מחוז חאלב. עוד צוין כי ההסכם כולל את שילוב מוסדות הממשל האוטונומי במוסדות הסוריים, עם העסקה של עובדי מדינה. האם ההסכם יתממש, ימים יגידו. כבר נחתם הסכם בין הצדדים במארס 25' על שילוב הדרגתי של ה-SDF בכוחות הסוריים שלא התממש.

This is an urgent call for political, moral, and humanitarian action—one that has the potential to save lives. The Kurdish people have, time and again, demonstrated extraordinary courage, resilience, and loyalty in the fight against extremist terrorism, paying a heavy price in blood. Silence from the free world at this decisive moment would represent a grave moral failure.
