Very sad news this afternoon. We’ve just found out that another parent has taken their own life as a direct result of false allegations and Parental Alienation. A member of ours had not seen their child in over 1 year, he was accused of being abusive to both the children and their mother. These were claims he refuted and they were also dismissed by Social Services, CAFCASS, the Police and every Judge that heard the case. There was no evidence against him at all. It was repeatedly found that the mother was lying as a tactic to alienate him from his children. The judges agreed that she was lying but refused to punish the mother and instead preferred to stick with the “status quo” - which was a good, loving parent being kept away from his children. Punishing the mother for making false allegations was deemed “not in the child’s best interest” but the same judges felt it was okay to drive a desperate man to suicide and force a child to live with their abuser. He was in court again on Friday trying to enforce an order but again the court refused to punish the mother as she continued to refuse to stick to the order and refused to let him see his children. Stephen had spent over £30k in legal fees, almost bankrupted himself and this was his final roll of the dice. Stephen was 43 years old, a good man who was abused by the system, apparently he decided to take his own life as he felt his life was now over without his children. This is why we need urgent changes. Urgent reform of the family court system. This abuse cannot continue. RIP Stephen.💔♻️
