❝ The myth that economic integration leads to political integration is a mistake - an error - it will not work. You do not belong to a market, you belong to a political entity, which you have in common with others. You might behave rationally but there’s nothing that tells you that you are part of a bond. We have to speak more about belonging than about being rational actors.❞
