Good Morning $ILUS FAM Here are my thoughts on the 10K. I obviously lean glass half full despite the disappointment I prepared myself for. I knew removing QI would certainly affect the revenue and it did. Al Shola has yet to be added. So the way I am looking at it all the fat (ie companies that they tried to make work but couldn’t) is gone. Al Shola will be added which means this should be the absolute bottom or floor for where the numbers will be moving forward. Subsidiaries should still be moving up which will immediately increase ILUS value. Hopefully we will hear an update in the PR. The financials will look better in the upcoming quarterly 10Qs I expect. We’ve been through the punishment. I’m hoping it gets better from here. As far as converting shares goes they’ve been busting their ass and traveling non stop for little income the last couple of years. If there is anyone who will be responsible with whatever they do it will be management. I’m hoping that they are optimistic of good things coming soon and want to have the ability to pay themselves as we do too. As I said PR should answer some questions. $SAML $QIND $RESQ

This is concerning: The cost to service US Federal debt is now takes up a record ~12% of US government spending. This is up sharply from just ~7% in 2020 and ~9% in 2022. In 2023, the US posted its 3rd largest deficit on record, spending $1.7 TRILLION more than it brought in. By the end of 2025, US debt service costs will make up 13% of the entire budget. In total, NET interest payments will be $12.4 trillion over the next decade, according to the CBO itself. Soon, interest expense will be the biggest expense for US taxpayers. How can this end well?
