CP3's TVTP grant program draws on flawed radicalization theory to engage in speculative profiling. The targets have changed, but the fundamental mechanism of deputizing community members and embedding police in social services hasn't. #stopCVE
There's no data to back CVE, and its own supporters can tell you that. But it's a profitable trend now. So instead of ending it, they just rename and say it's different. There are more CVE programs and grants every year - so much money on something that doesn't prevent violence
