No sanibins; no therapy; inappropriate sexual conduct, including by staff; exploitation of vulnerable patients; secret use of bedroom spy cams; and lack of physical healthcare

1- the second ward I was in, and was in for 11 months, had NO SANITARY BINS. The entire time. I raised a complaint in March 2025 about it. I left in Jan 2026 and they still weren’t there. There was also no system for the disposal of sanitary items or any kind of bins in our rooms
@RITB_ Or maybe a patient could sneak in a robo vac and a hot water bottle, stick the latter on top of the former, and have the hot spot robo vac doing circuits of the room to confuse the spy cam system 🤔

On arrival, every psychiatric inpatient should be offered a metre of tin foil & some blu tack so they can cover the LIO bedroom spy cam
That way, they can be certain staff haven't left it on to monitor them in their bedrooms without their knowledge or consent
