At #studyforresthackathon we have updated all dataset components for original data to the latest @BIDSstandard. We also converted READMEs to markdown, as it is more compatible across the current set of hosting options 4/4
Because each studyforrest dataset component is a @datalad dataset, we could use DataLad to track file availability at multiple locations. After #studyforresthackathon each dataset now offers redundant file access, regardless of whether you obtained it from GIN or from GitHub. 5/7

It was an extremely intense week. We have accomplished an enormous number of tasks. In fact so many that we decided to communicate all updates over the next week.
TFW your data unit test fail... 😭because the scripts indeed accidentally alter the data... 😰 and you can prevent a faulty reconversion and fix the scripts 🤩

Day 5 of #studyforresthackathon AKA too tired to continue, too excited to stop...
Things are starting to look real nice. However, the last mile will be a exhausting.
Shock moment late at night during #studyforresthackathon. It seems half of a dataset is missing. 😱
But than you realize that there is a corresponding Github project. It clones within seconds, and @datalad immediately finds that one of the registered servers has all data. 😎
The internal dataset hosting was switched to https://t.co/kyXlW1q32J at #studyforresthackathon
This means converting quite old pre @datalad datasets, and moving them with multiple branches and versions of all files. Some rough edges there -- fixes were made!
Third day of the #studyforresthackathon! The TODO list on the project board still grows every day - the deeper we look into this, the more ideas emerge 🧑💻💡👩💻💡👨💻
