Thrilled to take part in the Social Policy Conference at @helsinkiuni. I shared insights from the @Synclusive43131 project and our efforts to build regional labour market coalitions through the Finnish Living Lab in collaboration with @kokkolaKarleby and @FIOH.
Supervisors from across the City of Kokkola came together for a #Synclusive project training session aimed at strengthening leadership and competence development skills.
Nine supervisors from early childhood education, environmental and technical services, and HR participated in this productive and inspiring two-part training. It was fantastic to see such cross-sector collaboration and dedication to supporting employee growth!
During the sessions, they explored:
๐ Embracing diverse approaches to competence development
๐ Guiding and motivating employees at different career stages
๐ Fostering collaborative learning in the workplace
