MID関数とFIND関数とSUBSTITUTE関数とSEQUENCE関数とLEN関数があればなんとかなる。

#Excel の #TEXTSPLIT 関数の第五引数の仕様が気づかぬうちに修正されて意図されていたであろう結果を返すようになっていた。 #Web版Excel でも使えたので多くの環境で使えると思う。
具体的には今まで第5引数を1にした時に小文字に変換されたが、修正されて元の大文字、小文字を維持する
