Demnach versucht man durch Einführung weiterer Regeln die Kontrolle über eine Situation zu verbessern. Leider führt das oft zu weniger Handlungsfreiheit, da man nun auch die Regeleinhaltung kontrollieren muss.

@SelbstFuehren Habe die Rückmeldung eines Teilnehmers bekommen, dass der Kurs Anteil an seinem #mutausbruch hatte. Der Hashtag gefällt mir, und es deckt sich mit meiner eigenen Erfahrung: Dank #TheResponsibilityProcess lasse ich mich von Angst seltener aufhalten und bin mutiger und klarer.

Wenn ich nicht bereit bin, die Konsequenzen einer Unternehmung zu tragen, übernehmen ich auch keine (echte) #Verantwortung dafür. Das finde ich auch richtig so.
Das ist mir klarer geworden durch #TheResponsibilityProcess.
@Agile_Network @igehse @PiviScamperle @AZedelmaier Zum Thema #Selbstführung kann ich wärmstens @SelbstFuehren empfehlen. @NadineWolfHH und @henningwolf nähern sich dem Thema über #TheResponsibilityProcess. Ich mache das Seminar selber grad mit und bin sehr angetan.
