Glad that's over with. Weather was fine, ideal actually but keeping at 6:55 min miles for 35 minutes was tough. 50 minutes in total. Rest day tomorrow! #ThresholdRunning #MarathonTraining #ManchesterMarathon

Thanks @poolbegparkrun for a great start to my Saturday morning always nice to revisit places where I used to run much faster and see so many people running where so few ran before . Didn’t see too many others on this wet and windy day back in 2000 #thresholdrunning @parkrunIE
