Strange thing just happened today... We had 6 full sacks of ‘returns’ back from our shipping company. More than 50 orders dating back to June 2019 only just sent back to us. (All replaced or refunded ages ago just sat in their warehouse). #Longitudinal #TimeToChangeProvider

So @ATT sent a contractor to put in a new phone line at my parents house today without permission from nor notice to either of them and have now left them without any service for at least a day #timetochangeprovider

I'm totally speechless! After a month and another 90 minute phone call with @TalkTalk, my broadband still isn't fixed. 3 engineers have failed to turn up and all I get is we can appreciate your frustration...it's like Groundhog Day. #dreadfulservice #timetochangeprovider
