Reminder for all those in #Abbotsford (& elsewhere) who are using the track now as cardio. Think of the lanes like the Highway - inside lanes (1-3) are for FAST people - not those chatting on their phones, walking, animals or kids. Use other lanes for that #tracketiquette

Getting yelled at for using Lane 1 when doing a 400m repeat workout on the GL track by a guy walking clockwise on the inside lane is exactly how I love to spend my Friday evenings. #tracketiquette (is dead).

Gotta love it when you're doing mile repeats on the track and someone is on a bike going in the opposite direction in lane one. I guess he doesn't know you can't ride a bike on a track.. Or that everyone should go in the same direction.. #RunnerProbs #TrackEtiquette
