Getting fed up! You see this guy @mta? This piece of trash lit up & smoked god knows what… but he also blew smoke in the face of other riders. Even worse? People were running as he chugged his can of malt liquor & puked it up on the floor all around him. Now he’s blacked out after making people run in fear and disgust! THIS is why people are fed up & leaving NYC. Talk about a safety concern! It’s disgusting, this guy is now randomly barking like a dog and I can’t believe we are all subjected to this insanity.
