@DobbinDeanna @DrErinKeith I look at it the same way! We need to make sure we use tech correctly. When we do, students use it more responsibly and make time for me to be more present in my room. Being available is key for teachable moments! #upei21c19

@DrErinKeith The tech use in the classroom “myth” that I can’t stand to hear is that tech costs too much to incorporate it into our students learning! All students have it, needs to be viewed as a tool to learn, not as how learning happens! @UPEI_Education #upei21c19 #ED6260

@jmitton87 Agreed. Less is more. I'm try to avoid the 'mile wide, inch deep' approach this year. Part of that means taking the time to slow down and reflect. It also means going back and trying again; for Ts and Ss. #upei21c19

#upei21c19 2/2 Q3: These conversations grow into some really amazing learning experiences for our students as we bring our thinking into the classroom to pose our questions to a broader audience. My colleagues are the BEST. And they make great coffee.

#upei21c19 Q2: I'm moving away from "this is how it's always been done" at breakneck speed. Inquiry, collaboration, independence, flexibility of thought, insightful engagement, etc. drive the learning my classroom.
