@ups delivery stated it was being delivered today between 10:30-2:30, wasn't delivered. Now says being held for future delivery date. I paid extra $ for it to be delivered today. What are you doing??? #upsfail #upsdoesn'tdeliver #upshelp

@UPS I paid extra for expedited delivery and my package is still being moved between depots in Dublin with no clear explanation. I cannot get through to anyone for help. This is unacceptable — please assist urgently. #UPSHelp #DeliveryDelay

Hey @UPS, it's September 8th and my 22kg cryopump—a vital tool for nanofabrication @JWNC —has been missing since August 23rd after being repaired in Sweden. Did it decide to extend its Swedish vacation? 🇸🇪 Time is of the essence; please help us locate it ASAP. #UPSHelp #WhereIsIt

The UPS driver talking to himself after we answered the door an the blink camera. Instead of telling us who it was for, he left marking it as refused. #ups #upshelp @ups

Absolutely appalling service again from #UPS two weeks of excuses for a time sensitive overnight domestic delivery. The usual platitudes and broken promises of return phone calls. #UPSHelp you have let me down for the last time. I’d rather use Hermes

Husband & dogs waiting out on the sidewalk for the house keys I shipped overnight to LA from Maine via @UPS to arrive early morning. Now #UPS says a "weather system on the roads" delayed it 'til 4pm... it's 68 deg & sunny, and no snow along route either. 2020 off to a good start.

@UPS Fully acknowledging that this is a 1st world problem, particularly given other world events. But, inconsistent info is frustrating when you're sitting outside waiting for keys to your house (without phone or car keys to get anywhere else). #UPShelp
