@UPS how can you lose a 70kg pallet. It is in a depot 2 miles from its destination and it hasn’t moved for 2 weeks. Outrageous customer care, past from pillar to post, no call backs , different adviser every time. So sick of this
Sent an overnight to Sweden @ParcelHero only to be told it’s still in my local depot and could be there for a long time. Blaming COVID and brexit but still taking money for a service they can’t provide. Please help, client will demand a refund on goods not delivered
@UPS paid a huge amount of money for an overnight service to Sweden only to find it’s still in my local depot and isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. Unhelpful, disinterested call centre told me it could be there in 10 days time. Appalling service, my company will lose the order
