#UtilityPoint went bust yesterday, with over £1000 credit on my account as they never answer the phone to lower the direct debit or refund.
@ofgem say I now get this back in FAQs as part of transfer process, but is that wishful thinking..?
I am hating U.K. privatised utility sector: this is the 3rd time the supplier I use has gone bust: the model is broken, any spike in wholesale gas or electricity prices & these firms choose to close up shop & run (like a crooked builder). Utility Point goes bust. #UtilityPoint

Don't use @UtilityPoint for energy as they a massive credit build and don't refund you despite 2 months of asking. Or answer the phone. @LAMB_GB maybe do some due diligence on the companies you send your customers to?
