Major difference in B2B SaaS compared to DTC is how people buy. B2B SaaS buys thru the lens of fear e.g. you don’t get fired for buying IBM. Will my boss think I am stupid? DTC buys using the no regret strategy e.g. no decision is better than a bad decision. #verydeepthoughts
