Great fun doing a live #wardleymap at #oredev today. As promised, source code here - https://t.co/4uiD5sDhBf /cc @oredev @ServerlessEdge

I was sad to miss @edfreeman_ "How To Actually Make Decisions When Architecting a Data Platform" standing room only #sqlbits2024 session as I had to do a Brain Trust call with a customer, but I did take a sneaky action shot! It even had some #WardleyMap action /cc @swardley

Anyone have a great #wardleymap for build/buy scenarios correlated with single/multi-cloud strategies?
Looking to leverage existing guidance for a paper referencing where it's best to buy from multiple vendors vs one - I'd also love to cite a paper on the subject if you have one
A #wardleymap from the book "Shaping things"
It reviews the concept of Spimes.
The concept of Spime represents a vision of a future where physical objects are seamlessly integrated into digital networks, enabling new forms of interaction,

Using this data (https://t.co/20K8QhodL1) and taking images as the one below I have been able to build a basic #wardleymap using #ChatGPT4
after listing the companies, I added some questions with the main prompt of "later you will have to build a Wardley Map!"
@mattturck , this is still so much basic, but it helps to dig into these marvelous report.

@mattturck interview @ShreyaR (co-founder and CEO of Guardrails AI)
I did a #wardleymap and took some notes to capture better the concepts discussed during the chat.

If you haven’t already, check out my conversation with the prolific @mattturck on the MAD podcast!
We dig our heels into a lot of relevant topics for GenAI builders — how to measure and mitigate hallucinations, patterns for GenAI systems, etc

I mostly consider these things in the structure of a #wardleymap - with the delegation zone at the top - so that you can look at the structure of the task value chain and construct a strategy for where the model can work best

In the context of one of your recent publications, I often think about which subset of tasks are inside or outside the frontier. I've started calling this jagged frontier the 'delegation zone'. Great paper for those of you who haven't read it: https://t.co/QtCE1o75JR

We are LIVE at Open Security Summit with "Mapping Threat Intelligence: Enhancing Situational Awareness (Panel)" with @swardley, @Marius_poskus1 and @DinisCruz.

I made this #wardleymap on 27th March. There must be some githubs for this by now, or even from earlier. Human beings may not be as good in engineering the prompts as they think. Tokenomics of AI models need basic tools with dictionary & grammer that can optimize the prompts.

A4) These days, I might focus my learning plan around building out a #WardleyMap of my environment, working out/down from major stakeholders and what's most visible to them until my people all take their places/have their say and a map of the #IT terrain takes shape. #ciochat

I am over the moon to participate in the virtual conference on LLMs in Production Part II on 15-16th of June. I'll be live at 6:50 PM - 7:00 PM CET on the 15th June. I will be doing a lightning talk about Wardley Mapping Prompt Engineering. Register here to join 84 speakers, 3500+ people, over 2 days, with 3 tracks ! (https://t.co/YExbs8sL4q)"

Question for the #wardleymap #wardleymapping community,
is there anybody working on a framework on top of Wardley Mapping Model to facilitate and guide the adoption of Wardley Mapping in organizations?

And this leads to the execution gap observation depicted as a #WardleyMap
Essentially, commoditizing the execution opens up experimentation. A new feedback loop.

@oprearocks Even more, do a #wardleymap to understand what you really really need to build and what to buy

In order to understand how #MicrosoftFabric is an evolution over @Azure_Synapse we created a #WardleyMap. It's really interesting when the movement is from PaaS to SaaS and the rest of the map is empty
