It's got nothing to do with claimants being moved from #legacybenefits to #UniversalCredit has it Ms #Whately? I'm no fan of what #UKLabour are doing to the #Welfare system but this #mandatory rule falls directly at the step of the #Tory party. Your very own MPs made this policy.
