Racing to Edinburgh Waverley to make @VirginTrains service to London after @British_Airways cancelled my flight this morning; was told via a curt txt at 0300. Am at least spared buying a stale M&S sarnie! #whyflyba

@British_Airways absolutely horrible seat pitch on the 787. Managed to angle in my leg, as soon the front seat is reclined, that’s it. Competition has 3-5cm extra. #whyflyba comes to mind.
