@anastasiawils @Center4PopEcon @platanomics This is a difficult question bc it requires knowledge of what the cost of funding would be charged otherwise between banks and in repo markets. There are many funding sources & each will have varying interest rates and terms. But Fed injection is definitely a subsidy. #WTFed
