Blown off TWICE for home service appointment by @XfinitySupport for service issues despite paying $600+/mo for internet/TV/phone/security. No-shows, endless holds—switching providers. Hello @ATTFiber @AmazonRing #XfinityFail #CustomerServiceNightmare
tal disaster with Comcast. Quoted $51 for Internet only service. Agreed and went to the store to return my equipment. At the store, they couldn’t find that rate and charged me $95 a month. Spent three hours trying to rectify this. Frustrating

@Xfinity @XfinitySupport @UPS @UPSHelp It’s been 27 days since we filed a claim for a tampered, empty iPhone 16 shipment. Just learned no one has looked at it. Today, an Xfinity rep told us to “just go to Verizon.”
Unreal. No phone, no number, no accountability. #XfinityFail #UPS
Frustrated with @Xfinity—constant outages and slow speeds are making it impossible to stay connected. Paying for reliability, but not getting it. Fix this! #XfinityFail #InternetIssues
Xfinity, it's absurd that other internet companies are back up, but I'm still without service. My service is still flashing, and a $5 credit is a joke. I need $5 for each day without service! 😤💸 #XfinityFail #SwitchProviders #UnreliableService #FedUp #HurricaneBeryl #Houston
Of course @Xfinity another outage middle of work day except you refuse to list us as an official outage as it's only reflecting on your map at the town next door @XfinitySupport #xfinityfail
@Xfinity what is going on with your service on the NW side of Chicago? You do realize that many people work from home still and need consistent Internet connection. I can't reach a person to find out ETA, I can't get a straight answer from the App. What's up? #xfinityfail #WFH
I think Comcast / Xfinity is the worst company. I’ve been lied to by one of their agents and to hear three new agents since then say there is no way to file a complaint, plus no way to rectify what this person has done to my home internet and TV. #xfinityfail #brokencompany
Bro
@Xfinity
you are killin' me. How can a dozen techs not know what is wrong? I provide for my family with streams and your internet keeps crashing every time I do and somehow NONE of your techs can figure out why. This is unreal. #xfinityfail
@XfinitySupport We are beyond frustrated with xfinity today widespread outage, we all work from home, service has gone in and out all am #xfinity #xfinityfail #xfinityoutage you cant even get anyone on the phone anymore
#xfinity #xfinityfail @Xfinity @XfinitySupport great a comcast outage while i was waiting for an important work meeting
Nothing like having an issue starting new Xfinity service that is well-documented online, but not a single customer service rep knows how to solve the issue.

@Xfinity @XfinitySupport Experiencing the third #xfinityoutage in three weeks here on the border of Oakland/Berkeley, CA. Your service is impossible to rely on. #xfinityfail
Very disappointed with @Xfinity. Website said service was avail at new address and have now gone back and forth with them for a MONTH, people have been out 3x - still no service or hope in sight. Manager promised to call back last Thurs & can’t even get follow up. #xfinityfail
Dear @Xfinity ,
So glad you decided to automatically reset our modem during the pace lap of the #INDYCAR 500 and didn’t come back on until lap 32.

Comcast broke there contract. I signed a 2 year contract for all the movie channels, which it spelled out. Now 2 gone in a year, no discount, no notice. Let me out of the contract you broke, discount my monthly or give my the channels free. #xfinityfail #comcastfail
