इसमें आपकी पहचान की गोपनीयता सुनिश्चित कराते हुए शिकायत की जाँच कराई जाएगी और दोषी पाए जाने पर पुलिसकर्मी के विरुद्ध दंडात्मक/वैधानिक कार्यवाही कराई जाएगी।
