@marksandspencer Not looking for a 'me' specific solution. Just highlighting that your process of pushing the App down the customer's throat is bigger detractor and than of benefit. Not sure if I will checkout my cart. Too much pain. Your digital team needs to think it better.

Was trying to shop on your mobile site. I decided against it finally because of your desire to force me to get your App. Annoying pop up after every product view, at the cart, everywhere. Despite X-ing it, kept returning. Little empathy will fix it.

@Uber_Support@Uber please don't try to guilt trip passengers into sparing the cancellation fee you levy. I know my driver drove for x min. I was waiting. If he cancels at my doorstep because he doesn't want to travel to my destination, who is at fault?

@Uber_Chennai please coach your drivers to read locations on their phones. The cab just cancelled after prancing about my location a from a few kms off for 20+ min & then cancelled since he wanted a few more minutes. For a 15 min ride! Missed my appointment. Thanks a lot!!!

@ola_supports Don't think you guys have any mechanism to control the cheap antics of your drivers. Cabs make you wait 10-15 min, ask for location and cancel. Been trying to get a cab with you for 45 min. That's 1.5x the time it takes to my destination! #nothingnew#everytime
