It’s prominent throughout western societies and it’s dishonest to collectively call those individuals hateful of themselves.

You can’t say an individual hates themselves based on ethnicity, cultural preferences and identity. Cultural assimilation and racial identity are not mutually exclusive. Any race can adopt any culture, even if culture is tied to race.
