@NWCjam Nwc will not give us any updates. Why did Nwc choose to post this on Twitter? I have the mobile app, and there is no information about an outage. This pump has been giving problems since last year, and the problem still exists.

@NWCjam @TheOURja @matthewsamuda, how can paying customers be treated like this? I live in Portmore Silverstone to specific and we are having a water crisis, little no water in our pipes, are we experiencing a drought? Can this problem be resolved?
