Unacceptable customer service from @curryspcworld. Over 2 weeks and still no estimate of when I'll get my @LGUK TV (which went faulty after 2 months) back and keeps refusing a replacement. Next time, I'm going to @jlpartnership for my consumer electronics, so will everyone I know
@MarkBut67138302@LGUK @curryspcworld Very similar time period to mine. Apparently it’s 30 days for replacement from @curryspcworld. The bar just appeared while I was watching tv. No freezing or glitching for me. Did you have a dark blue line as well? What was the repair they did? Replace panel?

@SkyHelpTeam Cheers Sky for missing the installation date without any notice. To have the nerve to call and say engineer won’t be arriving at 8pm when they should have come between 12-5. Next available date is a month away. Total time waiting for sky = 10 weeks. Super service🤷🏽♂️
@SkyHelpTeam I was told on the phone there was no engineer assigned. I was sent multiple emails and texts confirming the appointment. Would have appreciated a quick call/message to let me know no ones going to come. Took half a day off work to be home for nothing.
