When I was 15, I went to the Memphis St. - Arkansas game at the Pyramid when we still had Day, Mayberry, and Big O. We lost to Penny Hardaway. I had on Razorbacks Zubaz pants and two Memphis State fans tried to pull them down on the way out. I have loathed them ever since.

Arkansas, man, I don’t even know what to say. Razorback fans have to be tough as nails because the way Arkansas loses — in pretty much every sport — is unprecedented.

I grew up watching Memphis State get the best of us with Penny Hardaway in basketball and losing who knows how many in football. Which is to say no matter how badly my joints hurt, this is making me feel like a teen again.
