We are conducting an Awareness Program at Vaadhoo Jamaaluddhin School in collaboration with Huvadhoo Association for Tourism(@hatmdv) and Vaadhoo Jamaaluddin School.

Professor Frank Heidemann, a renowned social anthropologist from the Munich University visiting Vaadhoo. During his visit, he will be conducting a session on the importance of cultural heritage in developing local tourism on Vaadhoo.

FHTS conducted a Sustainable Tourism seminar and panel discussion on 9th February 2023 in Gdh. Vaadhoo, in collaboration with local NGO Huvadhoo Association for Tourism (HAT) @hatmdv , Vaadhoo council and Vaadhoo Jamaluddin School.

Hoodh shared his research findings and reccomendations on Prevention of Violent Extremism in South Asia. Maldives had high level representation with Minister of State for Youth, Sports and Community Empowerment Hon. Hussain Ismail who pledged to support the youth recommendations

Our Executive Director Hoodh Ibrahim was invited to attend the United Nations Office of Counter Terrorism Regional Youth Engagement and Empowerment Program Policy Dialogue Thailand 🇹🇭 This was part of a 7 month long fellowship with training and research.
